On invasive energies, divine safety and the return of your true nature
I was honoured this week with a session that became more than the sum of its parts kind of event... and it brought me right back to remembering how deeply I myself once struggled with “judgement” issues. I asked so many healers and leaders to help me discover it, reveal it, understand it... and no one ever really could or did. What I got instead was: “you don’t judge”! Ha... and now I know what was going on. Something they could not grasp, something they did not truly understand, perhaps. Its evasive nature was mysterious, and I feel they simply did not know how to address it.
The Force Beneath Judgement
Judgment is not just a mental habit... not just a personality trait... not just “how some people are”... I have seen it as a force, an entity-like energy, that quietly, quickly and almost invisibly moves through the human system...
It slips in before we realise it, it colours how we see, it distorts what is true. It convinces us that something is wrong, someone is wrong, we are wrong... and from there, the pain multiplies...
It can look like righteousness, it can look like self-protection, it can look like being discerning, intelligent, morally awake or emotionally justified.
But underneath it, so often, lives something else:
fear... hurt... separation... conditioning... old survival... ancient pain that never knew how to be held.
And once I saw this more clearly again, I felt the power of the medicine in such a deep way.
What Truly Heals It
What became so visible was this:
Judgment cannot truly be healed by fighting it. It cannot be dissolved by attacking ourselves for having it. It cannot be removed by becoming more rigid, more spiritual, more controlled or more “correct”.
It softens when love returns. It loosens when truth returns. It dissolves when the nervous system, the tissues, the heart and the field begin to remember what is real.
And what is real... is not condemnation. It is not inner attack. It is not the reflex to harden.
What is real is the light of who you are. What is real is the love underneath the distortion. What is real is the deeper consciousness in you that can witness without collapsing, meet without attacking, and stay present without turning against life.
That, to me, is the medicine.
And this is also why the last masterclass moved so deeply into the territory of womb healing and divine safety.
Because when divine safety is missing, judgment becomes one of the ways we try to survive.
We tighten... we assess... we brace... we scan... we decide what is safe and unsafe, right and wrong, good and bad, often before we have even truly felt what is here.
But when safety begins to return, from within... something extraordinary happens.
Why Divine Safety Matters
The deeper self comes back online. Life force returns. Parts begin to reconnect. The body starts releasing old instructions. The truth becomes more accessible again.
After the last FREE MASTERCLASS call, I heard reflections that touched me so deeply...
One person shared that it felt as though something entirely new opened, while at the same time something very old was being remembered, and that with it, parts of them connected and a great deal of energy came back.
“All this time, I had no idea that I had this resource of pure energy...”
Another described how they could suddenly see lifelong patterns more clearly and, instead of being unconsciously moved by them, they could begin to witness them.
“All the puzzle pieces just falling into place, as if I became the director of my being again...”
Another beautiful reflection was that the call felt like one of the most authentic, honest and deep spaces they had ever witnessed, and that it helped them touch a deeply abandoned and rejected part of themselves they had not even realised was there.
A Deeper Seeing
This last call was something entirely new... not because of the idea of it... not because of any plan or performance... but true embodiment calling it in, receiving the downloads, insights, synchronicities, trust and divine guidance needed to hold space and surrender fully...
Because when we truly meet what has been running in the dark... things begin to change at the root.
Not just emotionally... energetically... somatically... spiritually... collectively.
And the ripple effect matters.
Because judgment does not only live inside individuals...
It lives in family lines. In nervous systems. In culture. In the collective field. In the ways humanity has learned to perceive itself and each other.
So every time we become less governed by judgment... every time we refuse to strengthen that force... every time we choose compassion instead of inner or outer condemnation... we are doing more than healing a personal pattern.
We are helping loosen one of the old structures this world has been running on.
That matters 🙏🏼

The Medicine
Maybe judgment is not the truth of who you are. Maybe it never was. Maybe it is something humanity learned to wear, to obey, to pass on, to normalise.
And maybe the medicine is closer than we were taught.
Compassion. Presence. Truth. Love that does not force. Love that does not shame. Love that helps what is lost remember itself.
That medicine is real.
And it is magical in the deepest sense of the word.
Because you are this magical, it is your true nature... and I’m delighted to help you live it once again.
