There is something I feel so deeply called to share with you right now…
This is a time to step into our leadership of light.
In our own lives, our homes, our families, our communities, our work… wherever we are being invited to bring our presence, our gifts and our truth.
And it begins with knowing what is leading us within.
When we make a decision, guide someone, share our gifts or hold space for our families… where are we coming from?
Our connection to our hearts, our ground, our light?
Or a part of us that is still trying to keep everyone happy, prove that we are capable, or carry everything alone?
These parts have their reasons. Some of them have been holding enormous responsibility for a very long time. They deserve to be welcomed into the very love from which we long to live.
And this is where I feel such a profound opportunity opening for us right now…
We are divinely supported in making this shift within.
To remember who we truly are, and allow that remembrance to become the foundation of how we live.
Your Heart. Your Ground. Your Light.
In the middle of so much fear, wounding and intensity, staying connected to our light can feel challenging.
We feel something true within… then something happens around us.
Something we read. Something someone says. Something that touches an old wound or awakens a fear…
And suddenly, we are pulled into the fight, the reactiveness, the urgency, the resistance.
That familiar feeling that we need to protect ourselves from life again.
And we have been hearing it for such a long time…
Live from your heart.
Trust your light.
Remember who you are.
Perhaps you have experienced the beauty and truth of this so deeply.
And yet… it can become another source of frustration when one part of you knows, while other parts are still living in a very different reality.
One part feels held. Another is preparing for something to go wrong.
One part trusts life. Another is still carrying the moment when that trust was broken.
One part knows your wholeness. Another is still waiting to be welcomed.
And quietly, your ability to live from your heart still seems to depend on the situation, the environment, the people around you… whether life feels safe enough for you to stay connected.
Can you feel how much tenderness this deserves?
Every part of you needs the opportunity to discover the love you have come to know.
To experience that it belongs here too.
That it can receive support.
That it can begin to lean back into something deeper than the fear it has been carrying.
So gently…

Where Love Leads
There is something so beautiful about leadership when we begin to understand it from here.
It asks for our presence.
Our willingness to listen deeply enough to hear what is actually here. To stay open to another person’s experience. To receive what we have not yet seen, and allow that to inform our next step.
Our hearts can hold tenderness and offer clear direction.
We can honour a boundary, make a decision, acknowledge a mistake, and remain available for connection.
And as we guide others, there is room for their own wisdom to grow. For their gifts to unfold. For them to feel increasingly free to inhabit who they are.
This is where love leads.
There is such a peaceful, grounded and delightful quality to being here.
You can breathe.
You can receive.
You can feel your own presence without needing to prove it.
There is space to enjoy life, to be curious, to create, to discover what wants to unfold through you.
And even when something difficult needs to be met, you have somewhere within to stand.
A deep knowing.
A remembering.
I am here.
I can listen.
I can be guided.
I can choose from the truth of who I am.
To lead from our light, we begin by allowing ourselves to be led by it.
And from here, leadership becomes a living expression of love.
In how we meet ourselves.
In how we hold our children.
In how we relate within our families.
In how we guide our clients, create our programmes, care for our communities, and welcome the people who walk alongside us.
When I speak of allowing the heart to lead, the mind is an essential gem… and so very welcome here too.
Can you feel how much responsibility it has been carrying… trying to anticipate, understand, protect and find the way, often without feeling connected to the deeper ground within you?
It was leading… alone.
And the mind is powerful.
It can imagine, learn, organise, find solutions and bring extraordinary things into form.
But when it feels responsible for finding the way alone, that same power can become relentless. Every uncertainty becomes something to work out. Every pause becomes a question of what to do next.
Even living from the heart can become another task it tries so hard to accomplish.
Can you feel the tenderness of that?
The mind trying to think its way into the very connection in which it could finally rest.
What if all that beautiful intelligence could feel supported too?
What happens when the mind begins to discover that it can lean back into the heart? That it can listen, receive and bring its beautiful intelligence and all its understanding into alignment with, and service of, what is so deeply true within?
The heart leads… and the mind can thrive in that connection.
Like a diamond finally free to reveal its brilliance… after being imprisoned by the responsibility of having to find the way alone.
The heart offers direction. The mind brings its discernment, understanding and creativity. Your ground gives you somewhere to stand as you bring that knowing into life.
And the energy once spent trying to hold everything together becomes available for creating, expressing, discovering… enjoying.
This is the heart–mind coherence I am inviting us to explore… a living relationship within, where our knowing, our thinking and our choices begin to move together.
And perhaps there is such a deep remembrance here…
Your heart knows the way. Your mind gets to help you live it.
The Shift Becomes Real Through Us
As I feel into what we are moving through collectively, the importance of this feels so clear.
We bring the shift into reality by being it. By choosing it. By living from it.
Every day offers us places to make this real.
The conversation that could become another fight.
The moment we notice we are leaving ourselves to keep the peace.
The familiar urge to control what feels uncertain.
The opportunity to pause, feel our ground, and let our hearts show us another way.
This is where our light becomes lived.
And this is why our inner connection matters so deeply right now.
We are participating in life. Our choices reach our children, our relationships, our work, our communities.
Imagine more and more of us able to remain present with what is happening.
Able to recognise a wound without passing it into the next conversation.
Able to listen without immediately defending.
Able to act with clarity while keeping our hearts open.
This is how I feel we can help ease the shift and soften the suffering we meet.
Through the love we already are and make it available...
Through the patterns we stop carrying forward...
Through the possibilities we begin to live... because we are so much more than what we were mae to believe...
Perhaps, somewhere deep within, you recognise this calling.
Perhaps you feel your soul chose to be here, in this time, to contribute to this shift.
To liberate what has been carried through your ancestral line, to unlock the collective wounds you have felt so deeply, to clear all the karma and defeat from past lives and trials and to welcome your beautiful inner child parts home to love and truth... To allow the pure essence within you to lead, love and create...
So this feels like such a beautiful time to choose.

To choose your heart… and finally come to know it from within its own core, allowing it to lead you.
