Beloved Soul,
As the year moves toward its final exhale, many of us have noticed itā¦
a last stretch of heavier energy passing through,
a sense of fatigue or emotional intensity,
a quiet feeling that something is rearranging itself beneath the surface.
Andā¦ if you listen closely, there is a deeper current moving alongside it.
Like a whisper: subtle, but unmistakably present.
At this threshold moment, it is not only about what last layer is ready to leaveā¦ but about why you are here now.
At first, that question can feel confronting, even a little uncomfortable.
But when we allow ourselves to stay with it; without trying to fix or define it, something sacred reveals itself.
Something I lovingly want to call:
your Divine Meaning.
When Release Turns Into Reorientation
Underneath the tiredness, the emotional waves and the sense of completion, there is a deeper movement happening.
It has been an intense year; a year of profound shedding.
So many ways in which we were carrying lifeā¦
holding on to structures that once brought safety, belonging or certainty.
2025 asked us to soften in places where we had learned to brace.
To loosen the tight grip on holding everything together.
To release identities built around being alert, responsible, strong, adaptable.
Many of us have spent years, lifetimes, even... holding things together.
Being alert.
Responsible.
Strong.
Adaptable.
These inner postures served us.
They helped us survive, navigate and care.
But what is closing now is not a chapter of life, it is a chapter of effort.
And when effort dissolves, the system naturally asks:
If I am no longer holding myself together this wayā¦ who am I then?
This is not a crisis. It is a threshold.
The Question Beneath All Questions: WHY
At moments like this, the most important question is not about big goals, beautiful plans or New Yearās resolutions.
It is much simpler and far more powerful:
What moves me from the inside?
Your WHY is not something you invent. It is something you recognise.
It is the quiet thread that has been present through every season of your life:
in what you care about,
in what you protect,
in what you return to
even when you felt lost.
When your WHY becomes blurry, life can feel heavy.
When you lose touch with it, you may notice youāve drifted away from your own aligned path.
But when it is remembered... even gently, something settles.
Decisions simplify.
The nervous system softens.
You no longer need to push yourself forward.
This is not motivation. It is alignment.
Why This Threshold Feels Heavy and Sacred
New Year energy is often framed as forward motion.
Vision. Intention. Acceleration.
But before ignition, there is gravity.
These moments feel dense because they remove distraction.
They ask us to meet life without the stories that once kept us moving.
I feel this too. This honest weight. This pause that asks more than productivity. And Iāve learned to trust it.
Because heaviness often appears right before alignment.
The Energetic Shift: 2025 ā 2026
Energetically, 2025 has been a year of completion, purification and inner restructuring. A year that asked us to let go of outdated skins, even when we didnāt yet know what would replace them.
2026 carries a very different quality. Less about dismantling. More about initiation. Not initiation through force, but through embodied clarity.
What begins to matter now is not how much you do, but from where you do it. This is why your WHY matters so deeply at this moment. When the outer world speeds up, your inner WHY becomes your anchor. When everything suddenly feels possible again, your WHY becomes your compass.
A clear WHY is magnetic.
It organises energy.
It aligns choices without force, because they don't come from a place of lack, fear or need... They come from LOVE!
And it doesnāt need to be complicated. It actually never is... when your heart speaks it's crystal clear and you'll know it...
Sometimes itās one word, or a simple sentence. It is however one truth that aligns you within... A deeper knowing you return to again and again.

Instead of asking questions that feel heavy or self-critical, I invite you into a different kind of inquiry over the coming days.
Not questions that search for what is missing, but questions that call your essence forward:

You donāt need a full vision and definitely not a five-year plan.
You even donāt need to be ready, this is the old way of looking and searching... Just allow your WHY to clarify itself from the inside out.
There is something profoundly powerful about simply sitting with your WHY...

Before we step into whatās next, I want to take a moment here.
Thank you.
Thank you for your trust.
For the inner work you do; seen and unseen.
For the honesty with which you meet yourself.
For the light you bring simply by being present.
I hold you very dear.
We are walking this threshold together: listening, allowing, remembering.
We are not ending a year. We are ending a way of carrying life.
And what comes next does not require you to be stronger, only more present, with a natural sense of deep inner trust and knowing.

As I was sitting with this question myself, I realised something very simple
and profoundly true for meā¦
My WHY has always been about serving life itself, recognising that nature has been asking for our help to remember her rhythm, her intelligence and her true power.
About bringing the world back into coherence, belonging, and relational harmonyā¦ into a frequency that sings a song of love.
There is so much love inside of us.
And when love returns to the leading place in what we co-create,
life reorganises itself around that truth.
Nature responds. She remembers how to thrive and all of life benefits.
This has always been my WHY, it still is. It has been a Divine Meaning ever since I arrived here in this lifeā¦
And yetā¦ I needed a moment to remember it again. To sit down quietly with my WHY. To feel that Divine Meaning not as an idea, but as a living presence inside of me.
Iāve grown since the last time I sat with this deeper knowing.
And with that growth, I can feel what aligns me even further
and what gently guides me toward it. There is always new information.
Always new refinement. But one thing I notice more and more clearly now is this: peace
A gentle, grounded surrender is happening, one that supports me in all I do,
all I am and all I continue to learn.
Letting it support me, ground me, guide me...
