How To Never Stop Dreaming
Beloved Soul,
There are dreams that visit you at night⌠and then there is the Dream that lives in your heart đ
The one you feel when youâre washing dishes and suddenly your chest softens⌠when you look out at the ocean and something inside whispers... Thereâs more...
When you imagine a life that doesnât just âworkâ⌠but lights you up.
That dream is not foolish, childish or just a dream... Itâs not naive and definitely not âtoo muchâ = Itâs a living compass!
âGo confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life youâve imaginedâ ~ Henry David Thoreau
The Dream in Your Heart is Your Creative Power Itself
Your heart-dream is not just a thought. Itâs a felt vision and your nervous system recognizes it like truth.
Science calls this mental simulation: the mindâs ability to imagine possibilities and move toward them: planning, regulating emotions and creating steps forward...
And neuroscience shows that imagining the future and remembering the past share core brain systems: your inner world is literally designed to create through imagery and meaning.
In other words:
Imagination isnât escaping reality, itâs generating reality.
Why We Stop Dreaming
Most people donât stop dreaming because they grow up. They stop because dreaming can be vulnerable. To dream is to admit you want something. To imagine is to risk disappointment. To create is to face the part of you that learned: âDonât hope too much⌠donât shine too bright⌠donât want what you canât guarantee.â
So we get practical. We get busy. We get ârealisticâ...
And slowly⌠the inner sky closes, your heart becomes a whisper and your system learns to 'disconnect'.
Imagination + Creative Power Are One System
Creativity isnât only painting, writing or building a business. Creativity is life-force in motion.
Modern brain research shows that your creative thinking involves a lot more than just dreaming... there's a collaboration within your own magical system happening, your dreaming mind and focussed mind are always working together. Your cognitive abilities go hand in hand with your dreaming capacity...
Dreaming is the spark. Imagination is the womb. Creative power is the birth.

Reclaiming The Permissions To Dream
Hereâs the quiet truth: children donât learn imagination from lectures, nor even from our modelling. They are born with this gift and so were you.
When you look at them, all they do is explore the world through their imaginative power and that alone proves the simple truth Iâm pointing to here.
The same is true for top-league sportsmen and athletes or any other breathtaking creation we witness in this world. They donât create from force alone. They acquire their mastery through dreaming, by feeling the dream, trusting it unconditionally and allowing their cognitive abilities to find the ways to manifest it.
I donât want us to sound like robots, because the truth is: we are so much closer to our magic than weâve been led to believe.
And I wish for you... deeply; to reclaim this truest blessing and begin creating the life of your dreams.
It isnât impossible.
It was simply never allowed.
All you ever needed was permission and you already have it đ
We need to meet our inner child again and give them back full permission.
We need to meet our protector parts and return their permission and trust in it too.
We need to meet every part of us that stopped believing in the heartâs dream... the parts that feared losing something essential by following it, or learned that dreaming âwasnât the right wayâ.
Because it is the one and only way for you.
Your dream is your compass. It is your heart. And nothing else will ever bring you the same fulfilment.
You could climb Kilimanjaro a hundred times, but if that was never part of your heartâs dream, that success would still feel empty inside.
So many people are chasing someone elseâs dream.
So many have even lost the knowing of their own.
Because life took you far away from it.
This is where you begin again:
Reconnect.
Rediscover.
Remember.
Your dream will light a fire inside you so powerful it naturally guides you back to your innate wisdom, intuition, balance and potential.
Everything flows when you trust your dream.
This is why I love my dream so deeply.
Helping others remember theirs is the highlight of my day.
Seeing them reconnect to their inner truth, nature and power is more fulfilling than anything else I know.
Remembering Your Hearts Dream
Try this if you can today; softly, slowly and with devotion.
1. Enter your inner sanctuary
Go to that beautiful place within...the silence I spoke of earlier in one of my other teachings.
Simply connect with your breath.
Follow your breathing.
Notice where it travels inside you.
Notice the air leaving your body.
Play with it. Open yourself.
Allow the breath to show you something.
It doesnât only go where you think it has been going.
2. Let your imagination awaken
As your breath flows, see if you can notice a colour appearing within it.
What colour is it?
What does this colour bring you?
Notice how it feels in your body, how it moves, how it supports you.
Gently become aware that you are opening to your own imagination, not forcing it, simply remembering it.
3. Enter the cave of your heart
Now imagine you are being transported to a beautiful cave.
As you arrive, you simply know: this is your heartâs cave.
Notice the beauty of this space.
The crystals around you.
The light, the stillness, the quiet power.
Feel how profound it is to be here; inside your own heart.
4. Meet your heartâs dream
Now, from this space, you are going to meet your heartâs dream.
There is nothing you can get wrong here.
It will show itself in exactly the right way for you to understand.
It may appear as a symbol, an object, a person, an animal, an angel or something entirely unexpected.
My invitation is simple:
be open.
Trust.
Let go of the reins.
Give your imagination full permission.
Your heart knows how to speak to you.
5. Anchor what youâve received
Take as much time as you need.
Feel what awakens as you meet your dream.
And when you feel complete, slowly return.
Write down what you saw, felt or sensed on the most beautiful piece of paper you can find. Revisit it often.
Because this.... this is your compass, beautiful soul.
Your dream does not ask for force...
It asks for relationship, connection, trust...
And it will guide you home, again and again â¨
Dreaming is a Sacred Responsibility
UNESCO even speaks about our capacity to imagine futures as a way to sense and make sense of change and to welcome not-knowing as a creative space... science is finally catching up with the true magic of life!
Thatâs what dreaming really is: standing at the edge of the unknown and saying... âLife, show me whatâs possible through meâ
Together we are creating this world into its manifesation, through these powers... that are now more often than not being lead by something else than our own heart.
Imagine following our heartsdreams again...
Imagine the world we'de be co-creating...
Your dream is not random. It is the part of you that still remembers.
And if youâve forgotten how to dream, that doesnât mean itâs gone.
It only means itâs time to come home.
With all my love,
Ineke đ
