What I’m discovering again and again; in myself and with the souls I work with, is how genius our self-sabotaging mechanisms actually are.
The moment you project a feeling, tension or disturbance onto someone or something else… you’re already in reaction.
And without realising it, a part of you has stepped into the driver’s seat.
These parts are incredibly convincing, they truly believe they are right.
They often believe they are intuitive, higher, protective or wise.
And this is where it can get confusing.
Because on a deeper level… your heart already said yes.
Then something happens, a feeling arises, a doubt, a story, a contraction.
And suddenly the “yes” becomes a “no.”
You analyse, explain... You justify.
Only days later you realise: I wasn’t acting from my heart. I was acting from a part.
And in that moment, it can feel like you lost something: An opportunity, a doorway, a movement forward...
Here’s the truth I want you to hear
Nothing is lost.
Ever.
You didn’t fail.
You didn’t miss your path.
You simply took a detour.
Your heart’s path is never lost.
And there is never just one way to live it or manifest it.
But, and this matters, the more conscious you become of these parts,
these sabotage patterns, these subtle interferences…
the easier it becomes to meet them, clear them and lovingly bring them home.
These unmet shadows are not enemies, they are protectors that formed when something in you needed safety.
And as long as they remain unseen, they quietly keep you at the same level of evolution.
You are not here for stagnation - You are here for growth, expansion, for embodiment.
High-level reflection = Embodied Magic
Meeting the invisible, genius processes of your protective system,
without judgment, without panic, without forcing change
is what I call high-level reflection work.
This is where things truly shift.
Because the more honestly you see what’s running underneath,
the more naturally you return to choice, to presence, to your magical self.
