Understanding Pure Light 💛 Embracing Both Our Light and Our Shadow
Hello, dear readers!
This week, we’re exploring a beautiful paradox: Pure Light isn’t about perfection, it’s about wholeness. It’s about living in truth and presence with both our shine and our shadows.
🌟 What is Pure Light?
Pure Light is more than metaphors or spiritual sparkle; it's the clear, honest transmission of all that you are. It’s presence in action, transparency of thought and heartfelt authenticity. It’s feeling the floodgates of your divine essence pour through you, filling you from top to toe.
But here’s a truth worth underscoring: Pure Light includes your shadows. Your shame, your grief, your rage; they are pieces of your soul that only block you when you deny or dissociate from them. Carl Jung called this the shadow: the parts we repress or project and the very source of hidden wounds and creativity.
🌓 Why Shadows Matter
Our shadows hold raw, untamed energy that, when integrated with love, becomes luminous.
-
They reveal unexposed beliefs, inherited wounds or unnoticed patterns that shape our lives unless recovered and integrated.
-
They can twist our light, until they’re seen, spoken to and welcomed back home.
-
When we bring shadow into awareness, we step toward Jungian individuation, becoming whole by unifying light and dark .
🛠 Practical Wisdom for Integration
-
Name Your Shadows
What triggers you? What do you judge in others? This is your unconscious message asking to be seen... -
Journal or Dialogue
Ask your shadow to speak: What do you need? Why are you protecting me? Then listen, without judgement... just hold space! -
Embrace with Compassion
Naming and integrating your shadow brings emotional freedom and inner resilience, compassion is the love those parts have missed... -
Bring Light to Shadow Through Ritual
Meditate, burn incense, light a candle. Make space in your body for both your light and your dark to coexist.
🌈 Living in Truth & Presence
True Pure Light means no more hiding.
It's about loving all of you. Your brilliance. And your wounds.
In this space, you don’t have to pretend. You don’t have to polish or fix yourself. You simply are.
Your clarity becomes a lived experience, because you're no longer split.
Your presence becomes a gift, because you're real.
Let this be your map:
-
See your shadows.
-
Speak to them.
-
Love them home.
And stand in truth, fully embodied as both light and shadow.
In vastness and vulnerability,
Ineke
P.S. I’ll be integrating this wisdom through the upcoming Transform Your Life From Within - ALL IN Program - a soulful path for anchoring light AND shadow in your body, your heart and your life. Let me know if you want to dive deeper.
