The Equinox mirrors the medicine of this time: the healing of separation, the ending of inner conflict and the return to wholeness.
In just hours, we reach one of the great thresholds of the year: the Equinox 🥰 ... Which is exactly why I felt called to write to you a day early...
A moment where light and dark stand in equal measure...
A sacred pause...
A powerful balancing point...
A place between worlds...
A point of "0"
And while many speak of this as a seasonal shift, what I feel so strongly this year is that it is revealing something so much deeper:
the split that has lived inside ALL OF US for far too long.
Not only the split between light and dark.
Not only the split between spirit and matter.
But the split between the masculine and feminine principles within us...
This is something I have been meeting again and again in sessions and it's time to share the bigger picture with YOU
So many people are not simply carrying pain or forcefully taken out of inner leadership... They are carrying division:
A deep inner fragmentation...
One part pushing.
One part collapsing.
One part controlling.
One part disappearing.
One part armoring.
One part longing to soften.
One part trying to survive through force.
One part grieving the loss of safety, receptivity, tenderness, intuition and truth.
And underneath it all, I have been shown the same thing:
A distortion was installed.
A false authority structure.
An energy of domination and control.
A system that maintained power by creating separation.
Because when the feminine and masculine are split within a person, there is no inner union.
And where there is no union, there is confusion.
There is overcompensation.
There is exhaustion.
There is self-abandonment.
There is mistrust of life.
There is mistrust of self.
This split was never natural... It was conditioned, inherited, modeled & enforced. And for many and for so long... it became so normal that it started to feel like the way it is, the identity.
But it is not identity.
It is distortion.
How the split lived through the mother line
One of the ways this split has lived on so painfully is through the ancestral mother line.
So many women carry imprints that were never truly theirs to begin with:
competition, jealousy, comparison, distrust, guardedness, fear of other women, fear of being seen, fear of being more, fear of shining, fear of being chosen, fear of not being chosen.
And underneath so much of that is pure survival, derived from this split!
A survival pattern born in a world where safety, love, belonging, approval and even basic security could feel scarce or was bargained with.
When feminine power is distorted through generations of suppression, humiliation, dependency and control... women can begin to turn against one another instead of standing with one another.
Not because that is our nature.
But because the split taught us to survive through opposition.
To compare instead of connect.
To compete instead of collaborate.
To protect ourselves from one another instead of remembering one another.
And so the mother line often carries deep grief:
the grief of sisterhood broken,
the grief of softness made unsafe,
the grief of intuition dismissed,
the grief of love distorted by fear.
This has consequences far beyond the personal...
Because when the feminine cannot trust the feminine, collective wholeness is weakened.
How the split lived through the father line
In the masculine line, this split often took a different form.
There we see the oppression and achieving dynamics.
The pressure.
The emotional distance.
The unreachable father.
The demanding authority.
The so called standard that could never quite be met.
The message, spoken or unspoken, that worth must be earned through performance.
Generation after generation, many men inherited a model of masculinity that was severed from tenderness, severed from feeling, severed from rest, severed from heart.
They were taught to achieve.
To provide.
To perform.
To push.
To suppress.
To endure.
And so many never got to feel truly met.
Never got to feel enough.
Never got to feel loved outside of results.
Never got to feel safe in vulnerability.
This too has lived on inside all of us, regardless of gender.
The inner masculine shaped by pressure instead of devotion.
By performance instead of presence.
By control instead of grounded love.
And the consequences are immense:
burnout, numbness, self-judgment, disconnection, fear of failure, fear of softness, fear of slowing down, fear of not being enough.
So much of what people carry today is not just personal pain.
It is the inheritance of these fractured lines.
The deeper truth of the feminine and masculine
The deeper truth is that the feminine and masculine were never meant to be enemies inside us, your wholeness as they re-unite is the portal to your true nature...
The true feminine is not weakness, chaos, passivity or emotional instability.
☯ She is deep intelligence.
☯ Inner knowing.
☯ Life force.
☯ Receptivity.
☯ Truth felt directly in the body.
☯ Sacred sensitivity.
The capacity to hold, create, nourish, sense and transform.

The true masculine is not domination, force, hardness or control.
☯ He is presence.
☯ Direction.
☯ Protection.
☯ Discernment.
☯ Devotion.
☯ Sacred action.
The capacity to witness, ground, choose and build in alignment with truth.

When distorted, these energies war with each other, blaming each other for the experienced fragmentation and delusion... The masculine becomes severed from heart and turns into control. The feminine becomes severed from safety and turns into collapse, fear or overwhelm.
But the truth of US is we are way more than this split... and when remembered, reclaimed and reunited, we can heal the parts that were affected...
This is where the game changes, where we create a new world from presence...
The feminine feels safe enough to open.
The masculine becomes true enough to listen.
The feminine receives.
The masculine serves.
The feminine creates.
The masculine protects what is sacred.
And life begins to move again... not from division, but wholeness
= new earth's true frequency
The water-fire initiation
This Equinox also carries another layer of medicine: the initiation of water and fire.
We are moving through a threshold where the sensitive, intuitive, mystical waters meet the bold, decisive, initiating fire.
And that matters deeply.
Because for so long, many have lived as though these two could not belong together.
As though sensitivity meant hesitation.
As though intuition meant passivity.
As though feeling deeply meant being unable to move.
As though decisiveness meant overriding the heart.
But in this threshold we get the opportunity to finally bring them back together...
Water and fire are not enemies.
Water brings feeling.
Depth.
Intuition.
Sensitivity.
Inner listening.
Emotional truth.
Fire brings movement.
Courage.
Choice.
Direction.
Action.
Embodiment.
This is the initiation and can you see the correspondence.
The sacred echo...
that your sensitivity does not have to keep you from moving forward.
That your intuition can be taken with you into clear action.
That your feeling nature and your decisiveness can belong to the same field.
The waters soften what has become rigid.
The fire activates what has remained dormant.
Together, they create movement with soul.
This is part of the healing too.
Not only the reunion of feminine and masculine,
but the reunion of feeling and action,
surrender and courage,
listening and leadership.
Light and dark meeting.
Water and fire meeting.
Masculine and feminine meeting.
The old architecture becoming visible.
The deeper truth asking to be restored.
Healing is not fixing yourself
This is why so much healing is not actually about fixing yourself.
It is about ending the war within...
It is about seeing where authority, fear, shame, trauma, suppression, religion, family patterning, collective programming or old relational dynamics created internal opposition.
Where you were taught not to trust your softness.
Where you were taught to fear your power.
Where your feeling nature was dismissed.
Where your clarity was punished.
Where your heart had to close in order to survive.
Where your inner masculine was shaped by pressure instead of devotion.
Where your inner feminine was shaped by fear instead of truth.
The Equinox is powerful because it mirrors the medicine.
It reminds us that opposites do not have to destroy each other.
They can meet.
They can balance.
They can listen.
They actually belong in the same field, as they are your wholeness combined!
This is sacred union.
Not as a concept.
As an embodied reality.
remembering the YOU that holds them both from presence 🥰
A return to the place where your inner structure is no longer built on conflict, but the pure love that you are...
What becomes possible when the war ends
From there, so much changes.
You no longer need to force what wants to unfold naturally.
You no longer need to abandon your intuition in order to move forward.
You no longer need to collapse in order to stay soft.
You no longer need to become hard in order to be safe.
You no longer need to choose between power and love.
This is one of the deepest lies of the old system:
that you must split yourself in order to survive.
But your wholeness is not dangerous.
Your tenderness is not dangerous.
Your clarity is not dangerous.
Your grounded power is not dangerous.
Your sensitivity is not dangerous.
Your inner union is not dangerous.
In truth, it is exactly this wholeness that begins to dissolve the old architecture...
Because the systems built on control can only sustain themselves when we remain divided from our own nature.
When we reunite within, something profound happens:
we become much harder to manipulate.
We can feel truth again.
We can discern more clearly.
We can act without betraying ourselves.
We can soften without disappearing.
We can lead without domination.
We can love without losing center.
The invitation of this threshold
This is the deeper invitation I feel at this Equinox threshold.
Not simply to welcome a new season.
But to notice what in you is ready to come out of opposition.
What is ready to be restored.
What is ready to stop fighting.
What is ready to be brought back into sacred relationship within you.
Because healing is not only release.
Healing is reunion.
And when the feminine and masculine begin to reconcile within you, your life starts to reorganize around truth.
More coherence.
More peace.
More inner safety.
More clean power.
More openness to life.
More ability to create from your heart instead of from survival.
This is the shift.
Not performing polarity.
Not spiritualized roles.
Not becoming more feminine or more masculine in some superficial way.
But becoming more whole.
More real.
More integrated.
More deeply anchored in the truth of what you are.
And from that place, the old division begins to lose its grip.
Today, or tomorrow at the Equinox, you might simply sit with this:
🦋 Where have I been taught to divide against myself?
🦋 Where am I being pulled out of presence and into confusion?
🦋 Where am I still blaming, judging or doubting what lives within me?
🦋 Where has my inner feminine not felt safe?
🦋 Where has my inner masculine forgotten how to trust love, serve love, or protect what is true?
🦋 Where am I still carrying inherited survival through the feminine and masculine lines?
🦋 What would it feel like to let the war end?
🦋 What would it feel like to let them meet again in truth?
There is so much that becomes possible when the war ends.
And perhaps that is one of the deepest gifts of this threshold:
not just balance between light and dark,
but the remembrance that what was split can be reunited.

Because this healing is not abstract.
It is showing up in our bodies, our relationships, our leadership, our capacity to receive, our capacity to act, our sense of enoughness and our ability to live in alignment with what is true.
