MENTAL MIRAGE: Projection ends where presence begins...
đ How to Purify Your Vision
Isnât it mind-bending?
To realise most of what we call ârealityâ isnât actually real, weâre playing out what is remembered.
In most cases, our current reality is a reflection of old energy patterns, assumptions and fears replaying through the lens of the mind.
Youâre not seeing life as it is⌠youâre seeing life as the mind once decided it must be.
And itâs powerful.
The mind is an incredible tool, but when itâs acting on its own, itâs not consciousness creating. Itâs the past in the driverâs seat.
And trying to create change from that level is a waste of your life force,
because the mind wonât give in... itâs built to protect the identity it believes you are.
This is why your fears are constantly being âprovenâ
This is why the same patterns keep showing up
This is why life can start to feel like a feedback loop instead of a miracle
The Mental Mirage
Every moment you see through the unpurified mind, youâre looking into a mirage; a projection of memory and emotion painted over reality.
Youâre not seeing them, youâre seeing you; the unhealed part of you reflected back.
Thatâs why arguments, misunderstandings or even silence can sting so deeply... not because of whatâs happening, but because of what your mind believes it means... and that assumption feels so real!
When you become aware and you have been embodying your true self more, you purify your vision, you stop losing yourself in reacting to whatâs not true. You begin to perceive from your heart instead of your history.
You return to the now, where creation is pure and real again... you open the capacity to surrender and you return to the miracle that you have always been...
The Subtle Sabotage of the Mind
Letâs make this real for a moment.
Thereâs a choice you just made from the heart, something that felt alive, exciting, true...
You could feel the yes pulsing through your whole being.
The road ahead looked clear, light, almost effortless.
Then⌠a few hours later, the mind begins to whisper.
âWhat if this goes wrong?â
âRemember what happened last time?â
âWhat if I canât afford it?â
âWhat if I fail?â
Before you know it, the gaps your mind couldnât control are filled with every memory of failure, rejection or shame youâve ever known.
The open door starts to close. Doubt seeps in.
And the heart, once wide open, quietly tightens again.
It happens in fragments of seconds.
Have you noticed this?
You say yes one day⌠and wake up the next feeling no.
You talk yourself out of what you prayed for.
You gaslight your own desire.
You call it being ârealisticâ, but itâs actually fear wearing logicâs mask.
You feel an impulse to message someone you love... then you hesitate, rewrite it, delete it.
You get an inspiration to launch something new... then spend a week researching why itâs ânot the right time.â
You finally decide to rest... and the mind lists all the things you âshould be doing instead.â
Thatâs the mental mirage at work... and the moment you believe it,
your heart hands back the steering wheel. You stop yourself, you procrastinate, your attention goes to what you don't want...
Reality Check:
The mind isnât evil, itâs simply loyal.
Itâs been trying to protect you based on who you used to be.
Many believe the ego is bad and must be neutralised, but please donât start fighting your own mind. Itâs like a faithful dog, unconditionally devoted,
doing its best to keep you safe, yet operating from old instructions, trained by the past or by the authorities it once trusted outside of you.
The moment you step back into true leadership, the heart-led being who remembers who you truly are, the mind finally finds a better guide to follow: your heart âĽď¸
When the heart leads the way, the mind becomes your greatest ally, turning your inspired choices into reality. You begin to unhook from illusion and realign with the truth of who you are, the part of you that knows:
⨠itâs safe to live free
Actionable Awareness
1ď¸âŁ Remember Who You Are
The moment you pause and remember: I am not my thoughts; I am the one who sees them, you step out of the mirage.
This remembrance unlocks your true self, the consciousness behind the mind. From here, youâre no longer reacting to life;
youâre creating it.
Every time you catch yourself spiraling into assumptions or fear, gently say:
âI remember who I amâ
Feel the stillness, presence behind those words.
Thatâs you: the pure awareness the mind is trying to protect.
2ď¸âŁ Soften the Protector
Your mind isnât the enemy; itâs a guardian that learned to survive.
Instead of fighting it, bring compassion. Tell it:
âThank you for trying to protect me. Iâm safe now.â
Breathe through the tension until you feel a softening in your chest.
Thatâs the moment the natural force within you; the creative current of life, begins to flow again.
When protection relaxes, power returns.
You become the natural force youâve always been.
3ď¸âŁ Open Your Heart âž Free Your Mind
The mind canât be free without the heart. When you open your heart, you begin to feel reality directly instead of thinking it.
Judgment melts.
Presence returns.
Truth becomes simple again.
Each time you choose love instead of the old mental movie,
you re-wire your system toward freedom.
Five years ago, this realisation moved through me so strongly that I wrote my very first song đś It was raw, imperfect, filmed on my iPhone and yet it carried a truth that changed everything...
Back then I dreamed of sharing it with the world⌠but part of me was still terrified, terrified of judgment, ridicule, of hearing again;
âWho do you think you are?â
I had lived through rejection, through having my light misunderstood and my creations turned against me. So even though my heart was bursting with wisdom, the fear of being seen felt louder than the love that wanted to express.
Maybe you know that feeling too?
Like the child who proudly shows her first drawing,
only to be met with criticism and then stops drawing altogether.
Thatâs how deep projection runs. It trains the mind to avoid pain by dimming joy. But when you start to see through the mirage, you realise:
đŤ The mind can confine you brilliantly... or it can liberate you brilliantly.
When the heart leads and the mind serves, you experience the true brilliance of both.
You see life clearly... You create freely... And you remember:
You were never broken, only learning to see the truth again đ
With pure love and light
Ineke đ
